Kathleen Ferris is a dynamic HR professional and leadership coach. Having served more than 25 years as a leader in both public and private sectors, her expertise is helping leaders identify and leverage their strengths and passions for greater contribution and fulfillment. 

Kathleen is a former senior human resource executive, where she spent several years leading large HR organizations developing and driving human capital strategy in support of business goals and objectives. She has coached numerous individuals and senior executives on leadership and organizational alignment and her expertise in executive presence and emotional intelligence helps clients build strong and lasting relationships. Over the past 10 years Kathleen has worked extensively with executive teams to improve organization and leadership effectiveness.

Kathleen is an ICF certified coach trained in the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC) methodology. As a coach, Kathleen provides a stimulating and safe environment for leaders and their teams to examine, evaluate and significantly improve their leadership styles, skills and processes. Through targeted interviews, surveys, and multi-viewpoint feedback instruments, she involves all those who have a stake in the change process, analyzes their input and provides frank, constructive feedback sessions. In consultation with her clients, she designs programs that foster individual and team growth, and provides the coaching and facilitation to achieve desired outcomes.
